This is a recent addition to the school improvement remit and we have spent time focussing on putting together a set of priorities which fit the needs of schools as identified on School Improvement Plans and School Evaluation Frameworks and also looks to address the emerging national picture.

Led by:        Alison Hooper
Priorities:
To support schools in embedding effective Personal Development Curriculums, which demonstrate impact in teaching conduct, building character and supporting wellbeing.
To support schools in building the Cultural Capital of our most disadvantaged pupils (with specific focus on our schools in Crewe).
To support schools in their journey to ‘Outstanding’, with a focus on the Personal Development OFSTED descriptors.
