As the Deputy CEO (Education) I work closely with the CEO and Deputy CEO (Operations) developing the overall strategy for the trust whilst embedding our values and objectives. I am also responsible for the overall provision of the Quality of Education across the trust, leading the Education Team, ensuring we deliver the very best education we can to transform the lives of young people.

Director of Educational Initiatives

As Director of Educational Initiatives, I work closely with the Deputy CEO (Education) and the Directors of Secondary and Primary to implement our educational initiatives, driving continuous school improvement across the trust. I manage a team of educational specialists, who work directly with our schools, providing advice and guidance on improvement. In addition, I provide capacity to individual schools at senior leadership level.

As Director of Primary, I am responsible for driving primary school improvement. I work strategically with the Deputy CEO (Education), the school improvement team and our primary school leaders to deliver high standards and positively impact on the lives of our students and the communities we serve.

Leadership Coach & Mentor (Primary)

As a Leadership Coach and Mentor, I offer one-to-one executive coaching for leaders in our schools as required, as well as facilitating group sessions and workshops. I also support the Director of Primary Education, signposting support to primary headteachers when needed.

As Director of the Learning Institute, I lead the development of the Trust’s CPD hub, offering a diverse range of high-quality training and events for educators and leaders across our schools. My team are dedicated to equipping staff with the expertise, skills, and tools to make a lasting, meaningful impact on our students' lives.

Assistant Director of The Learning Institute

As Assistant Director of The Learning Institute (TLI) I work closely with the Director of TLI co-ordinating and facilitating training at all levels. I am responsible for the management of Primary & Secondary ITT programmes and coordination of the Early Career Framework across the Trust. In addition I provide development, implementation, and oversight of relevant school based projects as required.

SEND Advisor (Primary)

As the Primary SEND Advisor, I work across the primary schools in the Trust to review, oversee and support their Senior Leadership and SENCOs to deliver the best quality provision for children with SEND. As part of the School Improvement Service, I help ensure schools deliver best practice in SEND and meet their statutory requirements. I aim for all our schools to feel confident with the support that they are giving to SEND pupils so we can achieve the best outcomes for these pupils.

EYFS Lead

As Early Years Lead, I support each of the primary schools to provide high quality early years education. Working as part of the School Improvement Team to offer challenge, advice and training to staff who teach our youngest children. I also lead the Early Years Network bringing practitioners together to self-reflect, share best practice and to learn with and from each other.

SEND Advisor (Secondary)

As SEND Advisor for Secondary, I review, oversee and support SLT and SENCOs within the secondary schools in the Trust. In addition to this supportive role I am also part of the School Improvement Service which ensures school deliver best practices in SEND and meets the statutory requirements. I aim to ensure that all the schools feel confident with the support that they are giving to SEND pupils so that the best outcomes for these pupils can be achieved across the Trust.

SEND Administrator

As SEND Administrator, I create capacity for our SENCOs in schools. SENCOs are able to refer in for support on a range of both operational and strategic tasks and I then liaise with them and ensure these are completed within an agreed timeframe.

Literacy Lead

As Literacy Lead, I work with all schools across the Trust to support the leadership and development of literacy. I provide coaching for new and existing subject leaders and work to facilitate the sharing of best practice. I am also responsible for the delivery of the TLP reading strategy across the Trust, supporting subject leaders and school teams to ensure the best outcomes for their pupils.
